I want to run backward in order to boost 208/60/3 to 480/60/3. I neither want nor need 277 on the secondary. I will bring in 208 to the primary side (now wye) along with the incoming ground. There will be no neutral. The ground will go to a 3-way lug on chis ground on the transformer, then on to building steel and from the same lug on transformer chis to the secondary 480v panel ground. I will float the X0 on the primary. There is no under size bonding jumper from x0 to chis to remove and it looks like x0 is completely floating. 225amp OCPD (breaker) feeding 3/0 on primary and and 125 amp breaker on secondary. The transformer is 150kva which is a little big but I think that is ok it is just bigger than needed. On trial the 225a breaker easily handles inrush. There is a small, mystery tap next to x0 and right now the electrician has incoming ground going to that lug. I don't like that idea. Any thoughts? Thank You.

Is it normal for a parakeet?

i have one older and 2 young parakeets, and when i play wih them (only one at a time) i try to teach them words. but after repeating it looks like they are trying to say something, like there beaks are moving, but no sounds comes out(kinda looks like its mubling to its self). the younger ones always do really load yells and calls and the older (which is in a different part of the house) only yells for you to come and play with him. so are they trying to find the right ket to say the words or are they just crazy? haha

The theme of, “Playing with Fire (after Frankenstein)”, deals with life, death, love and hate. This play shows how even with the best intentions such as trying to help the world with natural child birth can be risky and it should not be tampered with. A young Frankenstein tries to challenge this by creating live to prevent death. But, an end up being a big mistake and it destroys his live, thus playing with fire and Frankenstein got burned. It also tackles the issue of love and hate. This play goes in grave detail how we as humans need love and affection, and how we will go through great lengths to get it. The Creatures is a great example of just existing but, not being acknowledge for it. This shows that love cannot be taught but, it already exists inside of us.

I know that you are not supposed to take HOT baths during the first trimester (although the birth defect risk is minor), but I do enjoy a nightly bath. Why is my subwoofer crackling?

I have a 12" JL Audio subwoofer and amp that work fine. Then I also have 2 MTX subwoofers and amp that worked fine up until about 5 days ago. The MTX subwoofer/s were crackling, so I checked the ground and remote wires and RCA cables which were all connected fine. There is no crackling on the JL and they're connected with the MTX to the ground, as well as the remote. Then the MTX amp's power light started fading after i turned my SUV on, so I changed the fuse on the amp and it works again, but still the sub/s are crackling. I hooked up my JL amp to the MTX subs and they worked fine. Does this mean my MTX amp has something wrong with it, or is it possible that maybe just the RCA cables are loose behind my CD deck? Just a pain in the to check if it's not necessary... Thank you

I got to a point where stress became immense, to the point where i had about 4 panic attacks a day for about a month. I lost a lot of friends and attempted suicide. No one knew about this though they just knew there was one day i kind of broke down and was crying. At this point i couldn't take it all the stress of holding my secret and taking care of my mom so i told my friend what happened. My stress was pretty much lifted and i've became pretty strong. I have this shell that you burn incense or something on and it is glued on and i can't get it off. I didn't burn incense sticks, i burned this concoction my friends told me. You mix Aloes wood powder, benzoin sumatra resin incense, Rich dark copal resin incense, honey amber resin incense, and one drop of cedar wood oil. Then place it on a slab of charcoal and let it burn. Now i have the problem because all this resin and burnt charcoal is literally glued on to the shell! The also said that by becoming aware that we are aware and learn how to use our own insight for all of our life's problems they also got a great elated emotional feeling which at the time was no different than how the feeling was about believing in god. But what they said differed was that elated emotional euphoric feeling which is caused by endorphins subsides very quickly but it turns into a confident feeling of being able to solve their lifes problems So i do wish that these folks on this site who claim there is no better feeling than to believe in god I would suggest they take a few self awareness cles and then have the experience to be able to see for themselves if what they say about the belief in god being the best feeling ever. Pre-diabetes or diabetes?

I had my blood sugar checked last year at the regular dr. it was 109 fasting. The dr said it was fine and I didn't have to check my sugar or anything. I then had an ob/gyn appt, and they said I was pre-biabetes. i told them my regular dr said I was fine and they disagreed. I then took it upon myself to buy a glucose meter and pay out of pocket for everything. My dr wouldn't write a script for it. Over that 6 months time, my sugar remained above 100 at fasting and about 160 2 hours after eating. I changed my diet and stopped eating starches and breads,etc. The stripts got too expensive to pay for out of pocket, so I had to stop checking it. I just had a yearly physical with blood work again, with a diiferent family dr., and they called me to tell me my blood sugar was high at fasting , and they would go over it with me when I go back in 2 weeks. My question is my blood sugar has remained on the high side for a year and a half now, even wih diet changes, and excersise. I'm not overweight, but have gained 25 lbs in 6 months time, and can't lose it. I am 5'4 and weight 145. does this mean that it will turn into type 2 diabetes? or would it be clified as diabetes already? Would they put me on medication for it? Not really sure about anything with the other 2 drs disagreeing on something so serious. Hopeing the new family doc will help out on this.

30 hour famine question?

im doing a 30 hour famine through my youth group, and from 12 pm. (noon) november 19 till 5 pm we'll b on our own, and thn at 5 we go 2 the youth group metting place, and all night activities, games, and water and juice. thn we get picked u pat 9 am on saturday and go until 6 pm and come back 2 get a free dinner. i was just wondering what should i eat before the famine starts? (we hav a short day on tht friday but our break is like an hour b4 we get out) so what should i eat?????

Smoke Detector Problem? Driving me nuts!!!?

My smoke detector in my hallway has been going off for NO reason. No smoke, no nothing. I'm sure its a smoke detector and not a carbon monoxide detector. Three weeks ago it started to go off, and then it stopped. Today it went off with a single beep. A few minutes later, it emitted three beeps, then one. It just goes off at random times and is annoying the crap out of me. Can anyone tell me the problem?

Talk to your doctor and I'm sure he'll agree to do a simple blood test which should tell you both if you have it or not.This condition, if you have it, needs to be taken care of asap because your metabolism will start eating up your muscles. Contraceptive injection and periods?

it is perfectly normal to still have periods when your on the shots, there is no guarantee that it will stop your periods, i myself took the shot once and had just the opposite happen, i bled the entire three months and wound up severely anemic and my doc told me it was normal, needless to say i've found other methods of birth control. there is no guaranteed way to stop your periods at least not that i know of anyways. if your concerned with it or believe that your doctor may be wrong you can always request a second opinion, but everyone that i know that has been on the shot has still had periods.

If she does, you will just have to scoop and clean it more. If its a little kitten, it cant be an outdoor cat. Show her you are taking care of it and truly love it. If you leave, put it in your room with the door closed. When you are home you can let it out. Only until your mom warms up. pretty hard, i'm doing irish at higher level in school and the grammar is f*cked up! it's completely confusing, but once you get the knack of it, it's fine. i think any beginner's book is fine, you just need to learn off loads of vocab and the grammar and it'll be fine. you need a book that'll give you loads of exercises to work on and practise. good luck

Okay, I got 2 baby bunnies two days ago. They are both 10 week old dutch bunnies and I have a few questions. They live in an outdoor hutch together and we are not getting them spayed/neutered. Whether they are boys or girls. if they are different genders them we will get a separate hutch. Anyway, when we got them from the store, the lady told me that we wouldn't know what they were until about 6 months. Again, they are only 10 weeks old right now and we would like to know soon so that we have enough time to make another hutch. My question is: How soon can I really tell the difference? Can I Add Subtitles to vob (DVD) Files before burning?

I downloaded a film, AVI I think, and have converted it to standard DVD ready to burn to disc. I've just realised I didn't add the subtitle file. Can I add this into the video folder (that contains .VOB etc files) or do I have to encode it all again, adding the subtitle file earlier in the process? It took two hours to encode, so I don't really want to do it again. I intend using Nero to burn to disc.
