Anybody know qing-gong?
Qi gong, aka Chi kung has dramatically improved my health. You should get the book "The complete book of chinese medicine" Womg kiew kit, or "The root of chinese Qigong" by dr.yang jwing ming. If all else fails, try joining a Tai chi cl. Qigong is very real, and very effective if done correctly. The first thing you wanna master is "Void" meditation and "Dan tien" abdominal breathing. Practice must be everyday. Good luck. And to the user who says Qigong is fake, im sorry you feel that way, and your missing out on a great way to improve health and strengthen your martial arts skill.
