How can I get Verizon to replace my sucky phone with a new one?

I have a Samsung Glyde and it's horrible. It shuts off randomly, screen goes white when I get an incoming call, etc. It's never had water damage, it's always been a horrible phone. It's so horrible that they've discontinued it. So, can I go to Verizon and say that it malfunctions and get a better (or at least functional) phone?
