What do I do now...Please give advice?

I met a guy online way back in May. We had very tered communication consisting of a few emails, and mailnly me not being abvle to meet him due to work being busy. However the communication continued, and on July 1 we had a great phone conversation. He is mature, and down to earth. Never been married, is 42, and had a 5 year relationship in the past. So a few conversations later(phone) over a few weeks(he always called me), we met. I had a great time, and he said he wondered where the 5 hours of our date had ped. We have a lot in common, and there was a connection and attraction. He called me the next morning and asked if I wanted to go out again. We then set a date for the next night. he said the first date was great. So the next day we went out again, and I got a bit tipsy, as did he, but Im 5'2 and hes 6'2, so he coiuld drink way more. During the second date he said he found me attractive, interesting, and that we had a similar background. he said he was just glad to be out with me, and that a third date was without question. We went back to my place and drank a bottle of wine, made out, perhaps a bit more than I would have liked to, and he left at 5 am.He called me at 10:30 am the next day--great conversation, then again at 7 that night. I did ask him at 4 am to come over that night to have sushi and wine, and he said ok, but when he called at 7 we chatted as usual, and he said 3 times over the course of the conversation that he wouldnt come over as he had to be up at 5 am the next day. I said it seemed like a good idea at b4am, and he said it was a good idea, but for another itme. So, I was leaving the next day for a week, and he said to give him a call in 2, 3, 4 days (his words) and that we would plan for date #3. I called him 4 dyas later, and he did not call back. 4 more days later (just this past Tues) I called him 2 times when I returned, and left messages. No response yet. He has always called back promptly. Is he otta there? Any why? Do i call one more time?
