Well, you might have to start a small fight to get the point through to him. Just tell him that he's being really inconsiderate and you don't appreciate it one bit. You're trying to lose the weight for him as much as yourself and he's tempting you with food he knows you can't eat. Call him a jerk and throw it all away.
