Marine ELS/RE-4: Worth Pursuing an Upgrade?

Your case is odd because you have so many degree's. Generally an RE-4 is a death sentence. Normally once you have one there is no hope in getting it changed. To have any hope you probably would have to pay an ex-Jag lawyer to fight your case for you. One thing to remember is if you didn't really fit in well in the military the first time you might not the second time around. You might be better able to mentally handle it, but the reasons you didn't like it the first time can still be there.
