I have fibroids not painful yet?

i need to have a tub-ligation i was advised not to have more kids because have sarcoidosis, diabetes, high blood pressure kidney disease should i just have a partial hysterectomy im taking depro i don't want to get the tub-ligation then have to be cut on later for the hysterectomy need advice
