Is this ok for the dogs (living outside)?

it sounds like you care deeply about your dogs. most people who had their landlord do this would just give away their dogs, which is not good! i think the conditions you have described sound very humane and comfortable. the only thing i would woory about are dangerous bugs and other animals that could hurt your dogs, since you live in a tropical climate. it would be ideal to build something for them inside if you have some dangerous spiders, snakes, etc. in your area
