Squeaking noise on my honda?

I have a 87 honda accord and then left front tire area squeaks when you put pressure on the car pushing it down or when it hits a bump. When I turn the steering wheel even when the car is not moving or running it squeaks. I sprayed it with some lubricant but it still squeaks what could be causing this?
