How much tips do dealers make in a day average in boulder station casino las vegas?

dealers in ct are paid 4.50/hour plus tips (same as a waitress). the tips are pooled so you can bear to shut your mouth when someone sits at your table all night and doesn't tip. they can work for years with no benefits whatsoever. "holiday" pay is time and a half of 4.50. I've heard in other states they generally get minimum wage (7.50?) plus tips. when casinos say their dealers make good money they are figuring in the dual rates and supervisors into the average. dealers get no cut of what the table brings in. it works out about 18/hour before taxes come out of the wages and tips.
