Urgent help needed, please!?

I use paypal to pay for things I buy on ebay and other online stores. On Saturday I paid through paypal for one thing I bought online. However, I'm not sure if the payment has been made. In the "type" section it says AUTHORISATION, while in this section of my previous payment it says PAYMENT. Both actions are marked as complete.The only e-mail I got from paypal since then is the one saying that my payment had been authorized. Was the money sent to the seller or do I have to do something else to send it? Does it mean I don't have enough money on my account? I think I have enough but my balance cannot be checked via internet so I'd like to know if it's worth all the fuss.
