Very Painful To Swallow,Felling like Something Is Stuck In Throat, HELP!!!!! URGENT!!!!!?

okay so yesterday when i woke up in the eve,i felt like something(mucus/Phlegm) was stuck in my throat right near the Adams apple, throat was also very sore, painful when swallowing, now today when i woke, the feeling of sum thing being in my throat (kinda like mucus/Phlegm ) is still there, and it hurts (painful) alot when i swallow,,,,, no fever, headaches etc..... just a very painful throat, and feeling like mucus/Phlegm is stuck in my throat...... i have been dirking alot and trying to hack up mucus/Phlegm sum has came up, but not the main what feels like glob....what can i do this is very painful and annoying.... .if it is not Phlegm what could it be. also sumone checked down my throat with a light (not a doctor) they said it was not red...
