What pay should i be taking home? Australia?

That's pretty crappy pay for someone who has that much responsibility and has worked for the company for over 3 years even though the work itself is fairly low level office work. You are only getting 95c over the federal minimum wage of $15.51/hour and state minimums are usually a bit higher. Look around for something better.
