30 hour famine question?

im doing a 30 hour famine through my youth group, and from 12 pm. (noon) november 19 till 5 pm we'll b on our own, and thn at 5 we go 2 the youth group metting place, and all night activities, games, and water and juice. thn we get picked u pat 9 am on saturday and go until 6 pm and come back 2 get a free dinner. i was just wondering what should i eat before the famine starts? (we hav a short day on tht friday but our break is like an hour b4 we get out) so what should i eat?????
