Any suggestions for taking a cruise with an 18-mth old?

There is lots of activities and even a little daycare on board. It is a blast especially if you take the "Disney Cruise". He will have a load of fun. You have to pay to get a bigger room. They only come so big. It isn't like a hotel room.
