Scion tc bumper to bumper warranty.??? need help?

ok i pay 13 dollars a month for the bumper to bumper warranty. Can i cancel that to lower my payments? or what if i trade it in ? am i still required to pay the 7 year bumper to bumper warranty. it is included in my car payment.
