I need help with a poem that i do not understand.?

"Towers" is like "Ivory Towers" where the holier-than-thou sits and in this poem interprets why humanity is a bunch of crazies that commit atrocities . This speaker is really upset at these people who aren't giving answers or solving humanity's aberrations. The speaker says there is an over-ysis and too many yzers which causes more insanity.
